Let's See What Makes YOU BEaUtiful?


Self-Affirmations were first developed by Claude Steele in 1988 with the goal to realize your positive aspects that make you who you are.

Here are a few examples of pre-written self-affirmations.  Read these to yourself and read them with truth!
·        I love myself for who I am
·         I grow in strength as I move forward in life
·         I can do anything I set my mind to
·         I trust myself and my choices
·         Fear is just a feeling, it will not hold me back

Now that you’ve got the hang of affirmations, grab a piece of paper and a pen, we’re going to see what makes you the absolute beautiful person you are!
