Self-esteem affects beliefs, goals, habits, lifestyle, relationships, choices,
thoughts, behavior, self-confidence, self-concept, self-image, mood, stress,
and attitude! Wow! Clearly, self-esteem affects a lot which is
just the more reason why you should have a constantly strengthening self-esteem!
If you respect yourself, you will have high morals, high morals cause wise choices,
habits, strong beliefs, and relationships.
